The staff showed great attention to detail , from the warm welcome to the attentive bar service. I found an excellent cocktail selection at the bar, and they were reasonably priced. I enjoyed the beautiful room, and I found it convenient to be located close to many attractions.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing really good service throughout my stay, particularly at the Palm Court . Milly was inviting and provided really good table service. Jamie provided excellent service from arrival to departure.

The location proved convenient, offering easy access to many attractions , while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The building is gorgeous, very well maintained , and its central hall immediately takes your breath away with its fine design.

The superior double room featured everything one could want , with a comfortable bed and tasteful decor , and it was kept very clean. The bathroom was modern with a rainfall shower and premium toiletries .

The television in my room malfunctioned constantly. I could not connect to Chrome cast despite following instructions. Live TV showed only a blank screen. Also the shower's water pressure was poor.

The lobby has a great design. This makes it one of the most beautiful indoor spaces I seen. The various seating areas exude class. I appreciated the staff, as they are polite and friendly.
Empty drink glasses littered corridors. They sat on radiator covers. Some glasses were there for more than 24 hours. I noticed that housekeeping seemed disorganised. Our room was not cleaned until after 15:00, this is despite our clean room tag.
